The community alert press release states that Fischer is:

Fischer is wanted in Florida after being arrested in 2022 for trying to meet up with a minor for sexual purposes. At the time of his arrest, Fischer had ‘condoms, lube, rope, narcotics, and other sexual implements on his person.’

He was convicted, after a trial where he failed to appear in Florida, of Traveling to Meet a Child. Idaho authorities attempted to arrest him on an out-of-state warrant so he could be returned to Florida for formal sentencing.
