It looks like we could see a white Christmas after all. The National Weather Service in Boise has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for the Western Magic Valley.

Look for snow and blowing snow in the Western Magic Valley starting tonight (December 24th, 2012) at 11pm and continue through 5pm Christmas day (December 25th, 2012).

Snow levels will hit the valley floors and could produce two to three inches of snow in some areas while winds will be from the southeast 10 to 20 miles per hour, and gust up to 30 miles per hour at times.
