An early season winter storm will bring bring gusty winds to Eastern Oregon and parts of Southern Idaho today.

Wind Advisory in Effect From 11 am to 5 pm

The National Weather Service in Boise has issued a Wind Advisory for Harney and Malheur counties in Oregon and the Owyhee Mountains and Western Magic Valley in Idaho.

  • Winds: west 30 to 40 mph with gusts to 45 mph. Gusts in the mountains and passes may reach 55 mph.
  • Impacts: travel hazard, especially where snow has fallen during the night and this morning.
