Who Has The Best Southern BBQ in The Magic Valley? [POLL]

I have a friend who claims that the best BBQ in the Magic Valley comes from an angry man in Gooding who cooks over a wood fire. I have also been told the best BBQ comes on a Hoagie in Kimberly. I personally don't feel like I have had true Southern BBQ in The Magic Valley. Real southern BBQ is hard to cook and and can't be eaten with overly sweetened tea. I would love if I could find someone or some place that provided REAL southern food. Any suggestions?
