What’s Your Million Dollar Fair Food?

County Fairs have been in full swing in the Magic Valley for the past month. The Gooding County Fair begins this week and the Twin Falls County Fair starts September 2nd. If you are like me, you no longer look forward to the rides, you now look forward to the FOOD!

I was discussing everything I planned on eating at the fair this year with some friends and they suggested that some food combinations need to be added to the fair. They suggested an elephant ear with steak, A1 and cheese. Not bad!
