Let's talk about something we all dread - our alarm clocks. Are you a person who snoozes? Or, do you get out of bed as soon as you alarm goes off? If you don't have any issues waking up, I need your help.

For some odd reason, I can get out of bed an hour earlier than normal, but I can't seem to add 10 to 15 minutes to my wake-up time. For the past month, I have been trying to add 15 minutes to my wake-up time and I can't seem to do it.
