What Were You Doing When You Were 22 Years Old?

I am trying to remember what I was doing at 22. It wasn't opening a restaurant. Gooding local, Destiny Jackman did just that.

After graduating from Gooding High School Destiny enrolled at the College of Southern Idaho. There she took business management and entrepreneurship classes.

In 2012 she turned an old shop into "The Shop". The Shop serves unique sandwiches with home-made sauces.

Destiny's original dream was to deliver homemade sandwiches to construction sites but her dream grew into a much larger idea and today The Shop is a thriving business on Main Avenue in Gooding.
