We asked you what great foods you can't find in Twin Falls and here's what you came up with.

Dim sum

When we asked you what great foods Twin Falls was missing, dim sum was the dish you mentioned the most. Maybe it's not the same as you're used to but Wok N Grill has dim sum on the menu that maybe you can try.

Boiled Peanuts

This is almost a southern delicacy and if you want to do it right, it's going to take you several hours. I don't know anywhere in Twin Falls or the Magic Valley area who serves boiled peanuts. If you've seen them around, be sure to comment and let me know.

Wienerschnitzel

I almost didn't include Wienerschnitzel on the list. After all, it's just a hotdog, right?  But so many of you commented on it, I felt compelled to comply. While you can get hot dogs at just about any restaurant in town, there must be something special about these. The closest location I could find is in Utah, so you'll have drive a bit it you want one.

Alligator Gumbo

The closest fresh alligator that I'm aware are the ones at Miracle Hot Springs and I'm pretty sure they aren't up for the chopping block. When you think of it, Twin Falls is all but void of Cajun flavor altogether.  And yes, I realize we're getting a Popeye's and no, it does not count. :)

Deli Pastrami

I have a co-worker from the East coast who swears he cannot find pastrami in Twin Falls with the exception of a Turkey variety at Winco. If you know where he can find some, let me know and I'll pass it along.

So what other great foods do we need in Twin Falls? Be sure to comment and let us know.
