You always hear that the best way to calm your nerves is to do yoga or to take a long walk, maybe even a hot bath. I, of course, disagree with all of these suggestions. I think the best way to calm your nerves if you are upset about something is to go play catch so you can throw something, listen to really loud music or to chop some vegetables really fast. One way or another, we have all been in a situation when our nerves need to be calmed down quickly.
