Having a family yard sale seems like a good idea until you actual start planning it. Who knew it is actually A LOT of work! I don't mind hard work, if it pays off.

My husband keeps telling me that having the yard sale is CRAZY. I keep telling him that I am going to make some cash. I actually have no idea if I will make any money. So I thought I better ask for some tips to have a great yard sale.
