I've come up with something that may make all of our lives much easier during the historic total solar eclipse on Monday, August 21. I've come up with a new suggested eclipse path that you should share with your out-of-state friends NOW.

A big thank you to the Wyoming Highway Patrol for this idea. They shared a "revised" eclipse path map on their Facebook page a few days ago that showed the eclipse dodging Wyoming completely. Love it.

We all know that the real eclipse path goes right over Idaho and the potential traffic and visitors caused Idaho to declare a state of emergency before the eclipse has even happened.

This map could stop all that. We know that a vast majority of people believe whatever they see on the Internet. So, if you can convince your out-of-state friends that they really need to go to Nevada for the best eclipse viewing, we'll be in good shape. It's worth a shot.
