Watch a Fisherman Try and Catch a Huge Sturgeon Beneath The Perrine Bridge

I knew there were monster Sturgeon in the Snake River, but I had no idea they were right below the Perrine Bridge.

A few weeks ago I mentioned how I was attacked by a rogue 6 foot Sturgeon at the Hagerman National Fish Hatchery, so I know how blood-thirsty these seemingly docile fish can be (just kidding. They wouldn’t hurt a fly).

Justin Sterrett and his friend Matt Pember were kayak fishing on the Snake River just below the Perrine Bridge when Matt hooked what they estimated to be a seven foot White Sturgeon. The fish managed to comically pull Matt’s kayak all over the river before they tried to land it.

Proof that monsters exists right here in Twin Falls in Centennial Park!
