Which is Longest Light in Twin Falls?

I was stuck at the light at Kimberly and Blue Lakes yesterday.  I timed it at nearly 5 minutes before it changed to green, without another car in sight.  Don’t lights have sensors?

Maybe I am becoming too impatient but I’m not the only one who has noticed more than a few lights in Twin Falls that seem to take a lot of time.  Here’s a few you came up with.  Which do you think is the worst?
