stinky

I took my kids over to my friends house yesterday and while we were outside enjoying the nice weather I noticed that her back yard smelled like dog doo doo so bad it was unbearable. This was very odd because she doesn’t even have a dog.

Normally I wouldn’t say anything but it was seriously unbearable so I asked if she smelled it. My friend embarrassingly explained that her neighbors don’t clean up after their dog. I peaked over her back fence and saw the largest doggie litter box I have ever seen. It was GROSS!

Everyone has the right to turn there neighbors in for breaking noise ordinances and over watering their lawn, but is it possible to turn them in for not picking up after their dog?
