I took my kids over to my friends house yesterday and while we were outside enjoying the nice weather I noticed that her back yard smelled like dog doo doo so bad it was unbearable. This was very odd because she doesn't even have a dog.

Normally I wouldn't say anything but it was seriously unbearable so I asked if she smelled it. My friend embarrassingly explained that her neighbors don't clean up after their dog.

A lot of people think teachers have a cushy job. They get summers off and they're done with school by three o'clock each day.

At this point, everyone knows that when you apply for a job, your prospective employer is probably going to check you out on Facebook.  So maybe you set your profile to private.

But some companies are taking it even further . . . and your privacy settings aren't enough.

Here's another reason to ostracize smokers.

Their cigarettes get them a TON of extra time off.  Light smokers take about 18 minutes of smoke breaks a day, which adds up to the same as NINE extra "vacation" days a year.

Heavy smokers can take up to an hour's worth of breaks a day that adds up to 29 full work days off, or almost six weeks
