Is is Okay to Shop Online at Work?

Recent studies suggest that more and more people are spending several hours per week shopping and paying bills online during company time.

Some  employers are choosing to block all internet traffic from the office while others are allowing for a limited amount of non-work related online time.

Is this an understandable blending of work and life or should the two be kept separate?
