Vehicle goes into river near Arrowrock Dam

On Friday, May 23, 2014, at approximately 10:58 p.m., The Idaho State Police investigated a single vehicle injury crash on Arrowrock Road, approximately 8 miles East of SH21, near the Arrowrock Dam in Boise County. Lawrence Lutton, 31, of Lowden, Washington, was traveling west in a 2000 Toyota Corolla with two juvenile passengers, when his vehicle left the roadway, and drove into the reservoir. Lutton and one passenger were transported by a passerby in a private vehicle to Saint Luke's Medical Center in Boise, and the second juvenile passenger was airlifted to the same location.
The crash is still under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
