TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX) – Children gathered this morning in Castleford for the Armor of God Vacation Bible School, hosted by Castleford Baptist Church.

If your child missed out, there are more VBS events coming up over the next several weeks, including these:

July 18-21 – 9 a.m. to noon
>   Lighthouse Christian Church – Twin Falls This VBS takes the theme “Cave Quest: Following Jesus – The Light of the World.” Besides learning steps on following Jesus, children ages 4-12 will have fun with bounce houses, making crafts, playing games and listening to music. July 25-28 – 8:50 a.m. to noon
Magic Valley Bible Church – Twin Falls
>   It’s not VBS without fun activities. More information about those activities, which include a Son Canyon River Adventure, can be obtained by writing to mvbc@mvbible.org or calling 733-5248.

July 25-29 – 8:45 a.m. to noon
Presbyterian Church of the Big Wood – Ketchum
>   Beside your own family and the inside of a chapel, where better than the outdoors can you feel God’s presence? Activities at this VBS include Bible stories, outdoor games, science experiments and outreach projects. One of the days, children will have fun and see God’s beauty at Redfish Lake. Aug. 1-5 – 9 a.m. to noon
Valley of Peace Lutheran Church – Hailey
>   Children will learn about God in the scriptures as they participate in fun activities. For more information about the activities, cost and registration, call 221-4114.

Aug. 8 – 6 p.m.
First Baptist Church – Twin Falls
>   Children ages 3 through 12 years can attend this VBS, which includes fun activities and learning more about God through the scriptures. More information may be obtained by writing to Sabrina Harrison or calling 358-0991.
