Two Vehicle Crash on SH46 near Buhl

On Wednesday, May 29, 2013, at approximately 2:00 pm, Idaho State Police investigated a two-vehicle property damage crash State Highway 46 at milepost 87, near Buhl.

Armond Patterson, 82 , of Filer, ID, was driving east on 4300 N in a 2010 Ford Mustang. Patterson stopped at the stop sign at the junction of State Highway 46 and 4300 N. Jeremy Compton, 33, of Buhl, ID, was driving north on State Highway 46 in a 2003 Ford F150 pickup. Patterson failed to yield to the oncoming traffic of State Highway 46 and collided with the driver side of Compton’s vehicle.

All occupants were wearing seatbelts.

State Highway 46 was partially blocked for approximately 1 hour.
