Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) - Twin Falls police arrested two Twin Falls residents on drug related charges Thursday morning. According to a police report, Mary Hogue,59 and Samuel Edward Haynes 35 were taken into custody around 11 a.m. Police, armed with a search warrant, entered a home at 160 10th Avenue East in Twin Falls. Both suspects were in the home at the time. It was later determined that Haynes had a warrant for his arrest. Inside his pocket police found a white powder that tested positive as Meth.

A further search of the home found more drug related items and what police believe is Methamphetamine and Marijuana. Police say the home is also within a thousand feet of St. Edwards School. Authorities have charged Hogue with Possession with the Intent to deliver and Possession of Marijuana. Haynes has been charged with Possession of a controlled substance.

The preliminary hearings for Hogue and Haynes have been set for February 13. Bond for Hogue was set at $50,000 and Haynes for $25,000.
