Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) - The Twin Falls Urban Renewal Agency on Tuesday, Aug. 26 approved the purchase of the Rogerson Property located at 147 Main Ave.

East in Twin Falls, after the Agency learned about a limited opportunity to purchase the location. The Agency has previously purchased properties that have the potential for redevelopment. Examples of this include the former Cruzer’s property located at 121 Fourth Ave. South, which is now home to the new Glanbia Headquarters and Cheese Innovation Center.

The Rogerson Property was determined to be in a location with significant potential for redevelopment and investment, which fulfills one of the missions of the Agency to continue downtown revitalization. The Agency agreed to pay $450,000 for the property.
