TWIN FALLS, Id. ( KMVT/KSVT ) The Twin Falls School District's rezoning project continues.

The district held its 3rd Community Rezoning meeting at Twin Falls High School's Roper Auditorium Wednesday night.

These meetings are being held not only to give parents the opportunity to voice their opinions, but also to organize a Rezoning Committee.

The committee will be made up of parents from around the district who are committed to seeing the process through.

"The turnout has been outstanding. The questions have been great. The overall response that we've heard from almost everybody is that people are pleased that they have an opportunity to be involved if they want to, they like the transparency," said the District’s Superintendent Dr. Wiley Dobbs.

He also said they've had 30 people sign up for the committee and they'll be accepting between 30 and 45 total.

If you missed Wednesday night’s meeting, another is scheduled for Thursday evening at 7 p.m. at Oregon Trail Elementary.
