Twin Falls Reduces Old Parking Meter Price

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX)- Still want to get your hands on an old Twin Falls Parking Meter? We’ll you still can for a reduced price. The city announced they’ve lowered the price to 25 bucks for either a mechanical meter or digital one. Right now there are about 30 meters left to purchase. You can pick one up at the Parks and Recreation office on 136 Maxwell Avenue. Last year the city removed about 190 parking meters from the downtown area. Some city council members felt the meters were having a negative impact on business.
