Comstock

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) – A 19-year old has been sentenced to a 10 year fixed and 10 year indeterminate sentence this Monday afternoon after being found guilty of robbing the Express Cash in Twin Falls.

Robert Stanley was charged following the robbery in January. He was later arrested after being stopped by police for driving without headlights. He had been charged with lying to deputies about his identity, and when they caught on he started running from them.

Police recognized Stanley matched the description of the man wanted for the robbery. He still faces charges in Cassia county which included resisting arrest and unlawful possession of a firearm.  Before all of this, Stanley was a convicted felon. He was on probation for a 2012 robbery in Ada County.
