UPDATE: 11:30 am - Twin Falls Prosecutor Grant Lobes has identified the person who died as Steven Gray, 25. The prosecutors office said that the man allegedly driving the car, Cody Abbott, was arraigned Monday afternoon on vehicular manslaughter charges.

According to a funeral announcement on KMVT.COM, Steven Earl Napoleon Gray, was a resident of wendell, Idaho and formerly of Lancaster California. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Demaray Funeral Service in Gooding.

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) A male passenger died in a crash after the driver drove into a tree at the Fawnbrook Apartments complex in Twin Falls on Saturday.

Staff Sgt. Dan Lewin tells Idaho's First News the incident happened around 1:45 Saturday morning. Police, fire and paramedics all responded to the scene and life-saving attempts were made. The passenger was transported to St. Luke's Magic Valley where he died.

Lewin says the name of the victim is not being released at this time. Meanwhile, the driver, Cody Abbott, 23, of Twin Falls was arrested and charged with felony aggravated DUI. The case is still under investigation and further questions are being diverted to the prosecutor's office. For more go here
