Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) A local man is behind bars facing charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without the intent to kill. Forty year-old Jason Duniphin is accused of violating a protection order and threatening a man with a knife. According to court records, police responded to Pioneer Floors Carpet One Wednesday afternoon after a man called in the threat. Witnesses said they saw Duniphin walking toward a man with a knife making death threats. Police found a twelve inch knife and two medieval-type battleaxes in a dumpster nearby. Duniphin is being held on a seventy thousand dollar bond.
