Advertisements are designed to get stuck in your head and make a business memorable, but some jingles do a better job than others. Referred to as “ear bugs,” you’ll find yourself singing or humming these sixty or thirty second songs long after the jingle has ended. Here are five of our favorites from Twin Falls businesses that we can’t quite get out of our heads.

    Wilson Bates

As long as I’ve lived in Twin Falls, for almost seven years now, this jingle has been on the radio. It’s only made better by the announcer’s promise of “so easy” during the sing out. This one gets stuck in my head.

    Sweet’s Sewer and Drain Cleaning

Brad Weiser recommended this jingle. I like it, but I think it’s heavily influenced by the ‘Dirty Jobs’ theme. Nevertheless, this jingle is rockin’!

    Addison Collision

We’re not sure if it’s their use of celebrity impersonators, or the catchy jingle, but this is another Ear Bug that we can’t seem to get out of our head. Plus, “the right repair is no accident” is a very clever slogan.

    Kelly Garden Center

This one almost made the number one position. This one, based on the 1828 ‘William Tell Overture’ by Gioachino Rossini, simply reminds listeners to get to ‘the barn, the barn, the barn, barn, barn.” Over and over again. Repetition is the key to success.

    Lezamiz Real Estate

This is my favorite. Sid Lezamiz found his slogan, “Sold, Sid did it again,” and stuck with it. It’s on his business, his trucks, his television spots, and every single one of his radio spots. You may not know how to pronounce his last name (‘lay-thom-ease’), but you always know that “Sid did it again!”
