TWIN FALLS, Idaho (Times News)-There is a slight decrease in spending in the Twin Falls County Preliminary Budget. The Times News reports its because the county is finished with its new central office. County Clerk Kristina Glascock says next fiscal year's budget proposes $40.48 million in spending.

There is a 4 percent increase in health insurance. County residents are encouraged to comment on the budget at  6 p.m. Sept. 3 and 10 a.m. Sept. 4 at County West in the commissioners’ meeting room, 630 Addison Ave. W. Read more....
