CALDWELL, Idaho (AP) — Authorities in southwest Idaho say an 18-month-old girl darted behind her mother's sport-utility vehicle and had her legs run over. The Caldwell Police Department says the child was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries after the accident at about 8 p.m. Wednesday. Police say the girl was on the front porch of the home with her father but ran behind the Ford Explorer when it started backing up. Police say the vehicle's rear tire backed over the child's legs.
