Today's Google Doodle honors Richard Hollingshead Jr. who opened the first drive-in movie theater on Crescent Boulevard in Camden, New Jersey on June 6, 1933. The animated film attached to the doodle shows Drive-Ins at their peak in the 1950's and is pretty fantastic.

Many communities have lost their drive-in theaters, but Twin Falls is lucky enough to have two.

Interstate Amusement owns and operates the Motor-Vu and Grand-Vu drive-ins in Twin Falls, and both are open seven days a week. They have a great schedule of movies and you get to see two movies for the price of one. We have their movie times available.

There's something truly American about loading up the family in the vehicle and heading to the drive-in. My family goes several times a summer and the kids love it. I encourage everyone to spend an evening at one of our two drive-ins in Twin Falls.
