Itching to get your hands on some hybrid mech-piloting/first-person shooting action in Titanfall? You're in luck, because the beta sign-ups have just started.

If you go to Titanfall's beta site, you'll see that you can register for the PC and Xbox One versions. The PC version requires you to have an Origin account, so you'll have to sign up for the much-maligned service if you want to get in on this action on your rig.

The trailer above plays like a sizzler reel and gets you hyped for the proceedings, prompting you to pray to your lucky stars that your beta application gets accepted. There will be two Titans and three different game modes available in the beta. Available to play will be Attrition (team-based deathmatch), Hardpoint Domination (king of the hill-esque) and Last Titan Standing, which pits players against each other with one Titan each and no more respawns.

The beta itself begins on Feb. 14, perfect for couples who want to spice up their nights with some mech-destroying action. You'll also have until 11:59 PM PST on Feb. 17 to sign up, so don't dawdle. Titanfall will be released on PC and Xbox One on March 11.
