This Is What It’s Like To Be A Speedboat In Burley

In case you blinked and missed it, the Idaho Regatta happened in Burley in late June. There's a new video that's been shared that will give you a rough idea what it's like to be a speedboat in Burley. My advice? Hang on tight.

This year's Idaho Regatta happened June 24 through 26. It's hard to describe the speed that these boats reach. It's not even the top speed that is so impressive to me, it's how FAST these boats reach that top speed.

If you check out the video, pay special attention at around the :22 second mark. Also, might be a good idea if you're sitting down at that point, too.

This might be fun to try on Blue Lakes sometime if we get a good rain storm that provides enough water.
