This is a True Idaho Potato Love Story

Idahoans love their taters. Maybe not as much as this guy, but it’s the truth.

Still a better love story than Twilight. What I really admire about this guy is how much he loves his job, too. The personal connection to the potatoes is still a little weird to me but hey, at least he’s passionate, right?

The only problem I have is that the clip above is taken out of context. We found the original video, and he’s not talking about Idaho.

This gentleman is from Malta, a small European island in the Mediterranean Sea. In the clip, he says their potatoes are the best in the world. Look, it’s fine to be passionate about your job, but how dare you say your European trash taters are better than the great Idaho potato.

At the end of the day, it's a funny clip that we can still relate to. We love our potatoes too, we just know ours are better. It's science.
