Last Thursday and Friday I spent at least a full 4 hours trying to play Mary Had a Little Lamb on the Google Les Paul Guitar.

In case you missed it, Google changed the logo on its homepage to look like a LES PAUL guitar, in honor of Les Paul's birthday.  And you could actually use your mouse to strum the guitar and record songs. It was awesome. People loved it so much that according to a technology consulting company, it cost the world $268 MILLION in lost productivity. WOW!

Did you play the guitar? If so, did you play it at work?

That's a rough estimate based on Google's finding that the average person spent an extra 26 seconds on their homepage when the guitar was up . . . and there were 740 million visits to the page over the two days.
