Though the roles of both John and Sarah Connor have been cast (with Jason Clarke and Emilia Clarke respectively, and of no relation), one of the biggest final puzzle pieces of the cast in the upcoming 'Terminator' reboot, 'Terminator: Genesis,' is who will play Kyle Reese, the man who traveled through time because he fell in love with a picture of Sarah Connor. Currently the role is between Boyd Holbrook and Jai Courtney.

This news comes from Deadline, and though Courtney is the more famous of the two, it's likely for the wrong reasons. He was cast as Jack McClane in 'A Good Day to Die Hard,' which ended up being the worst 'Die Hard' movie ever made. It wasn't his fault (it's not like he wrote or directed it), but the film was surely meant to launch him to bigger and better things. Courtney was also in 'Jack Reacher' and will be seen soon in 'Divergent.'

Boyd Holbrook is less well known, but the performer is poised to break out. In the next couple months he'll be seen in 'Jane Got a Gun,' David Fincher's ' Gone Girl,' Scott Frank's 'A Walk Among the Tombstones' and an upcoming untitled Terrence Malick movie. As shooting should start shortly, it's likely we'll hear about the final choice soon. 'Terminator: Genesis' is scheduled to hit theaters July 1, 2015.
