I'm not gonna lie, this thing looks awesome. In addition to the new controller, they also have the Wii U Pro controller, which has a more classic setup of controller sticks, buttons, and triggers. This makes the Wii U more appealing to "hardcore" gamers, and a lot more competitive with what Microsoft and Sony have to offer

Nintendo Reveals Wii U Redesigned
E3--the electronics expo--is getting underway, and in attempt to get the jump on Microsoft and Sony press events, Nintendo has revealed their newly redesigned Wii U controller. Nintendo Global President Satoru Iwata showed off the goods on their new HD system in a half-hour long video.
