Ahh… Warmer weather is upon us. In the Magic Valley that means green grass, lots of sunshine, and swimming! There is nothing like diving into the pool on that first beautiful day. There are many swimming pools around the Magic Valley, and some that are geothermally heated so they feel nice and warm, even when the weather isn’t.

We’ve put together a list of when many of the pools around the Magic Valley open this year.

This is REALLY hard for me to believe because if I have to be in a swimming suit I freak out for at least a week leading up to it. Maybe we shouldn't believe the hype . . . most women really don't hate their bodies, and most of them aren't afraid to go to the beach this summer. WHAT?

In a new survey by "ShopSmart" magazine from PR Newswire, only 18% of women . . . or less than one in five . . . say they DISLIKE the way they look in a swimsuit.

Finally! Summer is here, and I can hardly wait to make like a fish and swim to my little heart's content. And since the Magic Valley is situated over a plethora of geothermal wells and springs, hot springs resorts and pools are found in abundance along with a cold-water pool or two. Here are some of my favorite "swimming holes", and if there are some that are new to you, I'd encourage you to give them a try. They are all different and have their own unique aspects to offer.
