With delays, baggage fees and overbooking, flying already has the potential to be a miserable experience. But imagine if you had to share your flight with cockroaches. According to Harry Marsh and Kaitlin Rush, that’s exactly what happened to them. They’re now suing carrier AirTran for emotional distress and more than $100,000 as a result.

My son loves to go to Chuck E. Cheese's and I have never thought it was like a little kid's VEGAS, but Denise Keller does. She just filed a lawsuit against Chuck E. Cheese's because she says all they're doing is running an ILLEGAL GAMBLING operation targeted at kids.

Capitol Weekly reports that Denise wouldn't have a problem if kids could win tickets . . . which they can turn in for prizes . . . at skilled games like Skee Ball and Whack-A-Mole. These games are becoming rare at Chuck E. Cheese's.

A New York City man is suing Facebook for over $500,000 after the social networking company disabled his account. 30-year-old Mustafa Fteja claims that since his account was taken down he's become alienated from his 340 Facebook friends (he says he uses the account to keep in touch with family members in other parts of the world).
