It's amazing the things you can find on the Internet these days. While researching Idaho laws recently, I came across a state statute that's over 100 years old that is hard to fathom.

My son loves to go to Chuck E. Cheese's and I have never thought it was like a little kid's VEGAS, but Denise Keller does. She just filed a lawsuit against Chuck E. Cheese's because she says all they're doing is running an ILLEGAL GAMBLING operation targeted at kids. Capitol Weekly reports that Denise wouldn't have a problem if kids could win tickets . . . which they can turn in for prizes . . .

A New York City man is suing Facebook for over $500,000 after the social networking company disabled his account. 30-year-old Mustafa Fteja claims that since his account was taken down he's become alienated from his 340 Facebook friends (he says he uses the account to keep in touch with family members in other parts of the world).
