			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Artists as huge as <strong>TIM MCGRAW</strong> are constantly get hit up by charities.  So when they DO decide to help someone out, you know it's something special.  This certainly is.</p>
<p>Tim heard about a soldier named Jared LaDuke, who was ambushed in an insurgent attack two years ago in Iraq.  It was brutal.  His troop commander died, and Jared lost four inches of tibia and fibula in his left leg.</p>
<p>Jared toughed out several surgeries and painful rehab . . . and spent a long recovery in an Operation Homefront Village.  And then a couple of weeks ago he and his wife and their 2-year-old son were finally ready to move into their own apartment.</p>
