Last night the Twin Falls City Council approved the final plat for the latest Canyon Park development, a planned strip mall located on the canyon rim near Golden Corral.
Yesterday, Twin Falls City council sent petitioners and Canyon Park Developers to mediation so they can address concerns over traffic and ascetics regarding the Canyon Park Project.

It never fails that the weather gets nice and everyone and their dog, best friend and baby walk the canyon to get into shape. I personally like to walk the canyon...it's a great workout. You do have to look out for cars while walking the canyon. Even though it is a canyon, some people still drive extremely fast.

In late December the Twin Falls City Planning and Zoning Commission granted a special use permit to Magic Valley Flight Simulation to construct a zip-line in the Snake River. The vote to grant the permit was 7 to 1. That decision is now being appealed by a resident near the affected area.
