According to a new study at George Mason University, one of the best ways for women to get promoted at work is . . . to act like a man.

Researchers found that women who show traditional masculine workplace traits . . . like dominance and self-confidence . . . tend to get more promotions than other women.  And they also get promoted faster than MEN.
