<p><strong>1.)  Moroccan pottery classes.</strong>  The U.S. has spent <strong>$27 MILLION</strong> on a project to train people in Morocco to design and sell pottery at home and abroad.  The classes suffered from language barriers with American teachers and flopped.</p>
