If you've been to a rodeo in the Magic Valley, odds are you've meet Gene Schiffler. On Monday July, 25th the Magic Valley lost a great man. Gene Schiffler, age 83, passed away surrounded by family in his home.

Most of us know Dorothy Custer for her positive and outgoing spirit. She became an internet sensation in 2011 when she was a guest on Jay Leno's show.

Often when we hear of celebrities passing away and we think to ourselves, "That's so sad". But when I read last night that Robin Williams had died, I felt like a distant family member had passed away. It became emotional for me.
