I vehemently dislike the parking meters in downtown Twin Falls. Not only are they an inconvenience, but I believe the drive business away from shops and stores there. Plus nothing annoys me more than having to feed the meter when I only have to make a quick stop.

Those are just my opinions, though it seems they may be valid.
