Here's an interesting theory from an early childhood specialist in Melbourne from News.com.au, Australia named Prue Walsh. She thinks that by making playground equipment SO safe . . . it's actually MORE dangerous for kids in the long run.

This is crazy . . . but in a national survey of mothers ages 46 to 65, more than HALF say they're currently supporting their adult children financially. MORE THAN HALF. The MAJORITY of middle-aged parents are still supporting their adult kids.

As a woman, no matter how much you think it'll NEVER happen to you . . . one day you're going to wake up and realize you've turned into your MOTHER. A new survey has tried to pinpoint exactly WHEN that's going to happen.

In the survey by Hallmark, the average woman says she turned into her mother at age . . . 32.

The most common sign that you've become your mother is that you find yourself WORRYING MORE. The other common signs are stocking up on groceries, going to bed early, being more outspoken, and watching soap operas.

Annette Gerhardt's daughter Enalya had been misbehaving, so she decided to scare the 6-year-old by taking her to the local police station and telling her that this is where bad girls end up.

But when the Staten Island, New York woman tried to get the police officers to play along, she was the one who got the fright.

Annette and her fiance Gerardo, who was also in on the ruse, were both arrested for misdemeanor child endangerment once they left their daughter in the station. Police suspect they may have been actually trying to ditch their child, and only pretended it was a scare tactic after they were arrested.

Read on to hear their story.

If you ask any parent, at least any good parent, they'll tell you the same thing: Once you have kids, those kids OWN you. And here's just how much they own you.

According to a new British survey, the average parent only has 93 minutes of free time a day. And that's not 93 minutes in a row. That's 93 minutes grabbing a few free minutes here, a few free minutes there.

Here's how the average parent's day broke down in the survey:
