Lock down is something we are all to familiar with when it comes to bomb threats at our schools but to imagine having your entire city and surrounding cities on lock down is almost unheard of. Due to one suspect dead. One at large. Armed and dangerous it is absolutely necessary that the entire city of Boston and some surrounding cities continue in lock down. This means some people are being escorted out of their homes even if they are unaware of the lock down.

In what the NY Times is calling "one of the worst-kept secrets in television," Katie Couric will reportedly announce her exit from 'CBS Evening News' this week, sources confirmed today.

A replacement for Couric will be announced during the first week in May, after she returns from London, where she will be covering the royal wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton.

Though unconfirmed, '60 Minutes' correspondent Scott Pelley is expected to replace Couric following her exit from the program.
