An Amber Alert is in effect for two children missing out of Colorado, who investigators believe could be headed to Idaho. Police believe the children, ages seven and 11, were taken from a bus stop by their biological mother, Tammy Rees-Romero, and her boyfriend, Jacob Lake-Sahm.
