For some unknown reason Buhl McDonald's General Manager Katie Small allowed me to run the register and make cheeseburgers during Tuesday's McCash for Kids fundraiser. During that time I managed to add a McCafe to a kid's Happy Meal (kids need caffeine, right?), and have a new respect for McDonald's employees.

I was overwhelmed last night by how many truly, kind people there are in the Magic Valley. It was nice to see so many people go completely out of their way to show kindness towards others. Last night one particular person was so much kind it become infectious. I found myself being kinder to everyone...even Brad Weiser.

How can you help send Magic Valley kids back to school with the supplies they need? Grab a Big Mac today starting at 5pm.

Hundreds of Magic Valley children struggle with being able to afford school supplies. You can help by eating at any Twin Falls or Buhl McDonald’s on August 14th between 5p and 8p. The more we eat, the more money McDonald’s will donate to South Central Community Action Partnership.
