The past few 'Guardians of the Galaxy' trailers have done well in teasing Marvel's upcoming space opera with a star-studded cast, humor galore and one catchy tune ("Hooked on a Feeling" by Blue Swede). But now's the time to set aside the comedy and go for some goosebump-inducing, explosive and just plain riveting new footage ... with a few jokes thrown in on the side.

Marvel kicked the week off by releasing two new 'Guardians of the Galaxy' posters through Fandango, featuring Rocket Raccoon and Groot, and Gamora. But the set is now complete, as the last two character sheets are here to highlight the team's fearless leader, Star-Lord, and intergalactic barbarian, Drax The Destroyer.

It took forever for Marvel's forthcoming Netflix 'Daredevil' series to reveal that 'Boardwalk Empire' star Charlie Cox would take the titular role of Matt Murdock, The Man Without Fear, but with the biggest casting out of the way, the new series is adding even more weight to the ensemble. Vincent D'Onofrio has officially joined as our new Wilson Fisk, better known as frequent 'Daredevil' and 'Spider-Man' antagonist The Kingpin.

The confirmation that Marvel's 'Agent Carter' One-Shot would spawn its very own ABC series adaptation brought with it a number of questions, particularly whom from the Marvel Cinematic Universe might join Hayley Atwell on the series? Ahead of the big game, Marvel revealed the new look, so it's time to "send in the Guardians" and start getting revved for August...

After Edgar Wright left Marvel's 'Ant-Man,' the studio quickly made an offer to Adam McKay ('Anchorman'), hoping the director could help save the project. The two sides entered "advanced negotiations" but shortly thereafter, McKay decided to pass on the film. Marvel was really in a bind at this point, so they reached out to the #2 option on their shortlist, 'We're the Millers' director Rawson Thurber, with an offer. But, late yesterday came word (via The Wrap) that Thurber too has passed on the job.
